Trashing of topics!!!

Hi everyone, as you all know that there are many contests in this section, some of you are handling those contests and I just wanna inform you guys that at the moment I can see that many users are done with their contest for "week:1/month:1" and now they are moving ahead for the contest "week:2/month:2"
So, guys just kindly inform me when your contest is over, so that I can delete that topic and then you guys can make a new topic or start a new contest. I am really confused while deleting the topics, I don't know that the contest i'm deleting is over or not.
Thats why just inform me when your contest is over...
We have to keep this forum neat and clean and for that I need your little help.

technically you can't actually do the thing. only usergroups can but you can inform them whenever you think there are some unessacary topics.
